In europa the maximum towing lenght comes up to 12m. A sawmill with 9 m cutting lenght has already such a lenght. For cutting longer logs we use frame extensions from different lenghts. Those to be transported have to be placed on top of the sawmill or in the back of a pick up. It is much more confortable to use an hydraulic foldable frame extension. This one is folded by a remote control wich also works for the sawmiller cabin and on the hydraulic support columns. This results in less time to set up the mill in  order to start sawmilling.

A circular sawblade cleans the bark exactly at the height where the sawblade cuts into the log. This gives the sawblade a longer life. Since there are different bark thickness, you can easily adjust the depth of the cut. It also counts with a protection system that avoid any damage because of misuse.

Normally the sawdust falls along the machine. Under windy conditions, it makes life to the workers imposible. The sawdust collector, collects the sawdust and can be emptied at any desired place as for example a container. At stationary sawmills this is solved by using a vacuum system

For strongly resinous wood, it may happen that for the blade you need water, so the sawdust does not glues on the blade. Previously, every sawmiller added manualy water to the sawblade by themselves. We solve the problem with a  installed tank system at the sawhead. When needed just open the tap. A second method is the water from the container via a pump through a nozzle to spray the band saw blade evenly and sparingly with water.

For the mobile sawmillers, that continuosly change their working place we offer the hydraulic support columns.
To prepare the mill without this hidraulic support columns takes you aproximately 20 min. Standard the mill has 4 pair of manual legs. The hydraulic support columns offer you more confort and reduce preparing time of the mill up to 50%. Only sold by pairs.

They lift the log and roll them on the sawing table. You need at least 2 log lifters. You can connect up to 4 log lifters. Each one has a power of lifting up to 1,2t. Each log lifter is separate and they can be displaced wherever you need the according to the lenght of each log. For mobile sawmills you can either fold them on the sawmill or you can dismount them

They avoid the log from falling done while being loaded and they help you for getting an cutten wood at an exact 90° angle. They are adjustable. The small wheel on the top helps you to turn bigger logs. Combining the squaring arms with the computerized positioning avoids to cut them off. Should the sawblade be under the height of the squaring arms, the sawhead will not move forward.

Moves the log on top of the sawmill backwards and forwards so you can position it in the best possible way in order to be clamped by as much as possible toe boards with clamps. One cilinder raises the roller drum and an hidraulic engine, moves the log in both directions. By using more of this roller drum you can move the cutten products up to the end of the sawmill.

The toe boards with clamps level the log so that the center of the log is parallel to the sawing table. They also clamp the log (Adjustable height clamps) and pull it against the sawing table. This is very important feature for long timber that can twist while being cut. Approximately 50% of the logs that are being cut, have such a lot of internal tension that they twist.

By turning the logs, the bark and boards fall above the squaring arms. The unloading arms are lifted creating an angle and the main products roll down the receiving arms.

High tech sould insulated cabin with air conditioning and heating. If require height adjustable so you are always at the same height as the sawblade.  All the control levers are ergonimically placed. The system could include these: Revolving leather chair, air conditioning, audio system (Radio, MP3, CD), hands free mobile system with blue tooth connection, microfone and speaker on the outside of the mill, computerized system with joystick. The cabin has a glass windscreen that has a wash and wiper on it and of course spot lights. For mobile sawmills this cabin can be hydraulically placed on top of the sawmill.
