Just using one lever you can tension the sawblade in a easy and safe way. Should suddenly the tension on the blade increase because a piece of bark got between the blade and the driving wheel, then a spring takes care so that the blade will not break

If you want to cut wood with an exact 90° degree angle, then you need adjustable squaring arms. By pulling or pushing only one lever you can adjust the height of the squaring arms and all this from the cockpit. This is not only conveniently it is also safe. By controlling whether the blade is above the squaring arms you know that all the squaring arms are on the same height and you don't have to control each one of them.
